We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states and internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and require your agreement before completing your purchase.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday–Friday).

Standard delivery takes 7 to 10 business days unless an expedited shipping option is selected.

Fabric Swatch & Color Card Shipping

We understand the importance of fabric samples in your decision-making process. Sample orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via non-traceable USPS First Class Mail, unless an expedited shipping option is selected.

Expedited & Premium Shipping

Estimated delivery dates for expedited shipping are displayed at checkout.

If a delay occurs due to the carrier, we will assist in resolving the issue, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement as it depends on the carrier’s policies.

Holidays & Weather Delays

Shipping carriers observe national holidays, which may impact delivery times.

We are not responsible for delays due to holidays or inclement weather, and we encourage customers to plan accordingly.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through UPS, USPS, FedEx and other major carriers.

Shipping cost, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. By placing an order, you agree to cover these charges upon package arrival.

Fabric Packaging & Roll Shipping

Orders may be shipped in single-fold rolls, double-fold rolls, or folded and boxed.

The packaging method is determined by fabric care, shipping costs, and logistics. While we strive to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific packaging method. By placing an order, you agree to receive your fabric as packaged by our fulfillment team.
